Cool Cash and Creativity

In 2005 Supertanker made this short documentary for our conference on ‘Kroner og kreativitet’ (‘Cool Cash and Creativity’). Based on interviews with Richard Florida, planners and architects as well as entrepreneurs, activists and other kinds of truffle pigs in the Netherlands, it shows how the buzzword of ‘creativity’ has been integrated on different levels within urban redevelopment – with the undertow of a critical and vital urbanity ever present between the lines!

The video was made in collaboration with the glorious euphemizers of Wonderful Copenhagen. Thanks to Jane for local research and the attick, and to Ane for great companionship.
